I absolutely love how much the color of confetti POPS in that first panel. It does such a good job contrasting everything else. Peak art. Comic is peak. You’re doing GOOD work
I mean, when I saw “Spoiler Shield” at the top of my RSS reader, I was fully convinced we had barreled past “Mustard is obviously going to die” and clean through “It’s too obvious, so she can’t die” and arrived at “Subverting all these impending-character-death tropes would itself be too obvious so the twist is she is dying.”
