Who would be a Better Binky: Dwayne Johnson or Terry Crews? (I also want to throw Andre Braugher in there, but I don’t think he has the height and bulk.)
@ ABOVE: The Rock is too much of a ham, Terry Crews is perfect for the combination of ‘I’m far to tired and cynical for this’ attitude and, yknow, silly clown makeup the character demands.

I’ve personally been hearing Beau Billingslea in my head when he talks. As in the English voice of Jet Black in “Cowboy Bebop.”
Hmm Terry, he is much better compared to Dwayne “I Can’t Lose a Fight” Johnson. Plus, Terry’s work with Brooklyn 99 was amazing.
