She does need to feel like she’s losing when she’s gone so far off the rails. Every time she pulls this sort of crap she needs to get slapped in the face that it doesn’t work and it’s not ok.
The other half of that is that if she stops then people need to obviously help her and work with her. Too bad there’s no guarantee that will happen.
