Funny that firefighters decided to become clowns to be less scary, and now clowns are so scary that they dress as doctors to be less scary.
I think the choice for Annie was doctor or nurse, and she choose nurse as the less intimidating option.
I don’t think the clown scary thing was a thing when she made that choice.
