Does this mean we’re wrapping everything up in Chapter 7? Or maybe she’s giving the author some wiggle room. “Now hold on, McBell. I never said that the next chapter would be the final one.”
I feel like this has almost certainly been mentioned by somebody now, but…that’s intentional, right? Like, Echo’s copying ability was used in their first showdown on McBell, and it gave her the same reality-peering abilities, for sure.
Maybe? If they apply retroactively. But she was also using them in both versions of the flashback at the carnival. “This isn’t that kind of flashback.”
Alt text: Their fight is going to be so annoying.
Agree! McBell didn’t even blink when Echo started talking about chapters and title dropping the series.
Proof she can make an entrance and an exit, all in two pages!
Final?!
See you all in the sequel spinoff, The Bozo Files!
I am genuinely in stitches over the first couple of panels lmaooo

Maybe Chapter 7 could serve as the storm before the calm and vice versa for a potential Chapter 8.
Oh, I LIKE the idea of Echo and McBell sluggin’ it out in their wheelchairs, Old Man Logan-style.
Final? Uh oh, my “McBell is super gonna die” theory is getting more and more likely
DEAR GOD THERE’S TWO OF THEM
The super sci fi tech and crime fighting clowns I can understand, but a taxi cab that shows up as soon as you call? That’s just ridiculous.
(Oops sorry, I thought I was posting that in the main comment section)
Two meta-godlings fighting for control of their pocket reality! You love to see it.

you know, i was thinking last page that this chapter’s been going pretty long to have a mcbell/echo confrontation now.
glad they agree? and a little weirded out by the title drop.
any chance vivziepop will turn this into a YouTube series someday too?
I just don’t want it to be over lol
I don’t want Vizi I want Rebecca Sugar

Echo is copying a secret forbidden technique which McBell used way back here: https://clowncorps.net/comic/chapter-1-page-5-2/
ha classic
Is she flipping the bird as a parting gesture or is that more of a “call me” hand gesture? I can’t tell.
Knowing her, it could very well be both.
Definitely the bird. Second time this chapter.
(Dang, that was ten months ago? Time flies…)
Yadda yadda intended as a reply yadda yadda.
Final chapter ?!? But there’s still some loose ends to the story that aren’t resolved yet.
Ha, Echo did realize it was too late in the chapter for a showdown.
Eeeeeey, a Jojo reference!

McBell echoing my own thoughts in the fourth-to-last panel there!
This page really couldn’t have gone any other way
Sooooo… the mime actually is the final boss then? Huh…
Well, the chapter isn’t over yet. Who knows, maybe next page the captain bazookas her taxi.
Maybe, maybe not. I think their fated showdown is defs happening. But the true final boss may be capitalism.
Nice. 😁
Oh? We’re starting the final chapter huh Echo? Are we dividing the comic by Sub-Chapters now?
They’re so funny, why are they Both like this, they’re my favorites
Interesting that McBell is unfazed by Echo’s extremely blatant fourth-wall breaking. I’m not sure if it means anything, but it did stand out to me.
The fact that Echo can recognize McBell without makeup and a different outfit really makes me wonder why they use the costumes at all.
