Hey, I like AjaxGb’s chances here. Nobody would expect a perfectly regular guy to finally be the one to kill the Mayor. It’s the perfect plan because it’s also funny and thus Bout would be honor bound to let it happen.

Is… is the mayor shrinking? I know it’s partially just to play up how childish he’s acting but I swear he’s lost at least two feet since his introduction.
I’m not ignoring how the mayor has way more toon force than the literal clowns in this comic, but proportions for everyone is getting a bit too exaggerated now. It started from Chapter 6.
I REALLY shouldn’t complain on something literally called “Clown Corps” and it’s simply the artist’s style evolving, but… I miss the older styles from chapters 3-5. First half of ch.6 tried to keep it, but quickly fell out as the pages went on. No disrespect to the artist, just my personal feelings.
Looking back, he shrank to “rediculously short” by his third appearance. Only in the teaser scene at the end of Chapter 5 is the full height. I’m guessing Joe more or less just “retconned” him as short, instead of it being sloppy art, or him actually shrinking. (Say due to some unwanted nanobots.) Though the timeline of heights is about accurate for the nanobot theory…
