has echo ever killed anybody? it seems like she’s always been leaving her enemies alive, or at least giving them the opportunity to survive (Dean Squeaky, Oats, does Binky count?). teardrop mask general mentioned Echo being allowed to kill as many people as she wanted during the mission, but maybe Boss knows that Echo wasn’t going to kill anybody at all..
