No, on page 48, the last page before Livewire went outside, she was asking Fuchsia about trying out the tech, and Fuchsia said she had another glove already synced to the confetti gauntlet. Livewire was probably still wearing it. Fuchsia might not have expected this exact maneuver, given Livewire looked like she was down for the count, but she definitely knew Livewire was capable of it.

Yeah, that was my first thought too. But the implications were: LW still has Shadow Circus technology, unbeknownst to a certified genius who just reverse-engineered it. That means LW is a triple agent (or quadruple agent? Hard to keep up!) because she hasn’t told anyone. A thought I couldn’t bear to entertain!
So I chose to interpret Fuchsia’s facial expression as “pumped up and curious” rather than “surprised” and assumed that the trainees set up a trap for the masked vigilante. Then, of course, Fuchsia must know about the checkered past of LW in order to use her as bait. (Oh man! Cue to ragdolls hat exploding. Just to much…)
