Livewire in panel 2 is fantastic but let’s not sleep on the subtle shifts in her face across the last 2 panels. Love how you can read into their thought process even without dialogue.
Rule of Funny says that this experiment will literally blow up in Fuchsia’s face, except the Rule of Badass says Fuchsia is going to totally nail it. A paradox! Can’t wait to see the actual results.

I think it’s symbolic of the change of leadership in the Clown Corps. Not 100% sure.
I’ve joked about the site going red to blue and the office going blue to red, but realistically I think Joe just wanted a more unique site design.
