In reply to Alphaghoul. I think he has a point. It's unlikely that Burke can make the Clown Corps obedient to him because most of the clowns have a strong internal moral compass or are simply too chaotic to be controlled.

In reply to Wereg. It could certainly be read that way, but I think the more natural reading is the "him" and "he" right next to each other referring to the same person, hence Platt Jr. decided it. The chimp making the decision is certainly the more entertaining option, though.
