Ok, actually, for real, it would be so, so, so funny if McBell, the main character, was actually never needed to defeat any of the main villains. I would be so insanely down for that actually. A story where the main character is training to do a job but the people who actually do the job professionally are the ones who successfully do it. That would be absolute comedy gold.
