Uhm, actually, ouldn’t we first have to determine how a joke level is measured? Do we take the absolute number of jokes? Then McBell would be unbeatable and Maggie wouldn’t even be in the top three, I believe.
Or maybe the ratio of jokes to appearances? Good odds for the Coach or Honeypot (or even the Mayor!)
Quality of the jokes? Nah, that borders on theological discussions…
