I mean every person on the planet has the potential to hurt you, but some more than others. Especially someone who earned your trust then betrayed you. Oats is wonderful and definitely deserves a second chance, but I understand why Binky is unwilling to forgive her.
Also how long has Binky known she was part of the Shadow Circus? It’s unfair for Anesthesia to ask him to get over it after only a week or two. It takes time to rebuild trust.
Yes, but did Binky ever give her trust in the first place? Oats had him as a direct partner and still felt isolated enough the Shadow Circus saw her as recruit material.
It’s not about forgiving Oats. It’s about him realizing he was, however inadvertently, part of the problem. To him, the fact he didn’t know is because she was able to lie to his face so well he couldn’t tell. NOT that he couldn’t tell because he kept her at such a distance potential cues she was lying flew over his head.
It’s not clear if she joined the Shadow Circus before or after meeting him. She joined in school so it was probably before unless she was exceptional like PJ.
Exactly! Forgiveness takes time, and it’s even completely fine if your forgiving of someone who hurt you does NOT include reconciliation! Sometimes the healthy option is not letting those who hurt you get the chance to do it again.
With that said, it is a different matter when you can’t 100% avoid someone who hurt you when you work at the same company, and even more difficult if the situation involves such an important case as Binky and Oats are roped into. At minimum, they need to have a talk to set up some ground rules or boundaries on when they have to interact – maybe Binky asking Oats to keep things business only to give him space to understand on his terms, or something like that?
Heh, funny. These clowns funny.
very funny
And then they makeout
Is he single? We haven’t heard anything about Bout’s mom.

Oh don’t worry about it, Binky is immune to neck pain due to his… unique physique.
