In reply to HoratioVonBecker. Eh, nah, feel like Ghoul is on the money here. McBell and Echo are coded visually and narratively as connected opposites so heavily it'd end up feeling cheap and forced if they don't have *any* connection.

So, looking back Oats has a different skin tone than Detective Soto, that’s who I thought she was, but still looking back I suspect that Soto is probably with the shadow circus.
