Whoever’s under the mask (my money’s on Soto, but not even aware she IS Echo), everyone is in agreement it’s going to have narrative weight. There is the off-off case Who Is Echo being a red herring, but I don’t think it’s likely.

Oh. Man. We might finally see who she is under the mask!!! I see that I’m not the only one who’s been holding out on her being Mcbell’s lab sister, I’m partially still holding out for that. The most popular possibility seems to be Mustard’s assumed dead sister, but I personally think detective Soto is a strong possibility, she might just be undercover, it might be partially because of her belief in clowns in the legal system, but it’s most likely Mustard’s sister whatshername.

But here’s another important thing, Echo isn’t invincible against people with fleshed out routines, that might be because Mustard took a page from Mcbell and is improvising her battle tactics, but still, it looks like she’s been holding her own against her, well to be fair when she isn’t it looks like she isn’t really trying.

Anyway, I’m guessing that in the next update, it’ll just switch to one of the other fights, and the face reveal will probably happen completely offscreen, might even be someone that they don’t know.
