Y’know, I was gonna wonder how she even blew up the balloon, but that would make me wonder where she even got balloons in the first place, and I decided that costed too much thinking, so I’m just accept that Echo can do whatever she wants.

In reply to Ladon. Nah, less-lethal weapons only. That's one thing they keep bringing up. (This one learned it originally as "less-lethal" rather than "less-than-lethal" and prefers it as that seems to better convey how non-lethal is a misnomer)
