In reply to <a href="https://clowncorps.net/comic/chapter-2-page-35/#comment-13490">Fru Fru Brigade</a>.

So, like, ACAB, fuck all cops, every cop death is a victory, don't get me wrong, buuuuut... Policing is almost always one of the top ten most dangerous jobs in the US by death count and by injury count. But, like you said, not in the way most cops are trained to believe they are deadly. Number one source of fatalities and injuries every year for police officers is traffic accidents. Cops spend a ton of time in cars and the more time you spend on the road, the more likely you are to be involved in a car accident. Cops also tend to be distracted drivers, moreso than any other driving-based career, because they are frequently given a bunch of extra gadgets to monitor/interact with while driving. It's common for cops to be filing paperwork using their computers while in transit. The number two on the job killer for cops is on-duty heart attacks most years. Friendly fire frequently beats criminals shooting them, too. But like... it's actually pretty tough to be a more dangerous job. You've gotta be, like, actively playing with electricity or cutting down trees or spending even more time on the road with even less driving training (fun fact: some years delivery driver is a more deadly job than police officer!). If clowns' jobs are legitimately 15 times more deadly. Well... It makes me wonder how safe their clown gadgets are tbh. Are clowns playing with electrical wiring a lot?
